... food was hot and tasty but... should've been here sooner than one hour considering I'm just two blocks away; perhaps a ten minute's walk. Factoring that this is a predominantly black and Hispanic neighborhood, comprised of folks known for being horrible tippers, I understood. I tipped the driver $5 to put a ding in the stereotype; doubt it'll make a difference.
