Order online at 2 pm for ASAP delivery. At 330pm, I called and was told that they were busy and they have a new delivery person. No apology or compensation on bill.Got it at 345, warm. Tip included.

I called 90 minutes after ordering online. Girl on phone said 5 more minutes. Barely a mile away. Driver then ignored delivery instructions and left my food next door. Mozzarella sticks were ice cold.

Am a frequent customer of the Tallman location. Never tried New City. Much prefer Tallman menu selections and portion sizes.

Pepperoni roll was good. Salad was very small. Pasta could have used more marinara sauce. I asked for a diet Pepsi got a diet coke. The Pepsi does not have aspartame in it. I had a reason. It wasn't horrible. Just some little things.
