When I ordered through the app, it said that I would be notified when the food was ready. After an hour I hadn't heard anything from them, so I called and my food had been ready for 45 minutes but they never called or messaged me.

We have been looking for a solid Thai restaurant and we have found our new home! Everything was hot and fresh and delicious! Ordered at 4 pm and asked for a 6 pm delivery: right on time! Contactless delivery is much appreciated! Thank you!!

I asked for contactless delivery. Didn't get it. There was no shrimp at all in the fresh rolls. I paid extra for it. No extra sauce. The restaurant was closed by the time we realized it and we went out of town the next morning so couldn't call.

I love the easiness of ordering online with Bangkok Thai. They never disappoint in the food department, we have been here three times and each time everything has been amazing. From the flavour to their great customer service! Thank you for the great food! Can't wait to order from here again!
