Pearls didn't even look at their online orders. I arrived to pick up my order; couldn't find it. I said it was an online order, she said they hadn't checked those. She found it and then started to prepare it.....after our scheduled pick up time.

i ordered at 3:17pm was told it would arrive at 4:08pm it is currently 4:47 pm and i have not received a call regarding why it is not here yet. i called pearls chines restaurant they said it was on the way. i explained that i ordered over a hour ago and it is almost a hour from the time i was told it would be here. this is unexceptable. he is not here and no call from driver stating that he is stuck in traffic. i will be going for a refund or i will dispute with my card company

NORMALLY, THEY ARE GREAT. BUT MY DELIVERY WAS HORRIBLE TODAY. I ORDERED 2PM AT WAS TOLD WOULD RECEIVE BEFORE 3PM BUT DID NOT RECEIVE DELIVERY TILL 3:35 PM. CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND ALL I KEPT GETTING WAS DRIVER BE THERE SOON. SOON WAS ALMOST 40 MINUTES LATER

Portions easily serve two (with leftovers!) and are tasty. Tried the pork with pickled noodles soup for the first time, was very good.

We picked food and when we got home rice was missing. That is not so much of trouble but rather the way that lady after we called her she took over 10min to find out what order even though receipt number and our phone was on it.
