They took almost 2hrs to get to my house and I called them multiple times asking them when my food was going to come. When they did pick up the phone they kept telling me my food should be here in 5 minutes and it didn't this is my last time ordering

The food is always good, though it can sometimes take a while for delivery. On this occasion, the delivery was within 40 minutes, which I consider excellent. The only real complaint I have is that I always request "very light sauce" in the order notes for those items that are prepared in a sauce. Sometimes they get it right, sometimes not. The shrimp and broccoli, this time, was swimming in sauce. I do hope they pay a little more attention to the requests.

Forgot a Coke we ordered and didn't add Garlic sauce like we asked for. It seems that the notes that are written in are either not read or just overlooked. Would like to see that change since we were specific in our notes as to what we wanted. Great food though!

In three places I asked for extra hot saucy packets and got none. Also no mustard, sweet or soy packets. No napkins or sliver ware.

my combination plate did not come with the egg roll it says it does and I used a coupon for "2 free cans of soda with $20 order". I asked for ginger ale. Instead got a 2 liter of Pepsi. I hate Pepsi.

I always have a great experience with Wok No 1. Even though I'm two towns away they always deliver without a problem. I appreciate the ability to order online for the primary reason that I can request light sauce on all my dishes without any translation confusion. I highly recommend you give them a shot.
