Last order I received regular plain noodles instead of pan fried noodles. The beef plate was extremely skimpy, not what I have been used to getting from Hanto. Food still great but a little disappointed with the Last order.

I started eating at Hanto within the last year, Ray does a spectacular job on all of his food. I ve been trying pretty much everything they have and it's all been awesome!!

My account and on the order I explained about allergies. Everything was loaded with mushrooms - ALLERGIC. Their Shumai is made with shrimp - ALLERGIC. The food was luke warm at best, what I could eat, which was not much. Chef's special steak required a steak knife to saw through, no water chestnuts, a bunch of broccoli, onion and a few slices of carrot. The fried rice was white rice with additives. Wow very disappointed!!!

Dragon and Phoenix lists as having a bed of steamed broccoli. There are 2 pieces of broccoli in this container- thats not a bed of broccoli. Flavors of the shrimp/chicken are delicious.

Though their food is generally good, this is the 2nd time I've ordered for delivery, and they have been excessively slow to process my order. It has been 90 minutes since I ordered. Still nothing.

The food was good, fresh and hot as it has been in the past when I have ordered from them. However this is the first time I used the online ordering and it had no ETA on delivery time. But since I live just a couple minutes around the corner I didn't think it would take long but it did, over an hour. I called 45 min after ordering and he told me the driver was on the way, which unless he had other stops to make, wasn't believable because I live just minutes around the corner and it took another 25 minutes after that call. Oh well, lesson learned I won't order online for delivery again. I'll just call and pick it up.

I had ordered bone in ribs and only one rib had a bone and it was mostly fat. Very disappointed!!! The sushi was fabulous and fresh.

When I arrived and the young man looked up our order, he told me it was $45 and change. Luckily I had brought the confirmation page and show the price to be $44 and change. He said I needed to pay the higher. I explained that he had to honor the prices on the website, He went and spoke with someone who came over to the point-of-sale station and proceeded to change the price of a couple of items so their receipt matched my confirmation sheet. This took over 10 minutes and instead of a 25 minutes wait, it wound-up being over 40 minutes before I got our food. Customers should not have to go thru that. It's up to the business, when they change prices, to make sure all the places where their prices are seen by potential customers is changed also. - Al
