Not only were we missing our drinks, the restaurant left me on hold for over 10 minutes more than 3 times when I tried to call them about my issue. Staff is rude and unprofessional, the place looks very poorly managed. Definitely not ordering again.

I ordered for pick up and still have to wait another 20 minutes for my order. Then when I got home which is only 5 minutes away, I found that I didn't get everything I ordered and the food was cold and when I called, no one picked up. Very disappointed that I tipped 20% when I paid for my order and they kept one dish which leads then to receive almost double the tip for poor quality. They get one star for at least decent hostess. Never again.

Noodles were hard, no limes in the bag when I requested extra, and no extra hoisin sauce as requested. The total for two soups was $30.31 and it only came with two pieces of shrimp.

Beef terriyaki was the most skimpiest 2 piece of meat for $6.50 The soup I didn't even eat it yet because I was turned off by the meat. The service is slow and they only pay attention to high paying customers

No chapsticks everytime. No utensils. Why? I know that beef price is almost double or higher, but I personally thank that the amount of beef are same as usual.

I called and they verified that it would be delivery and after 2 hours I called and they said it was there if I still wanted. I had to ask for them to remake it so I didn't eat 2 hour old food. No apology or attempt to correct this.

The Catfish served with white rice is fantastic. I could do without the rice and have just the fish and vegetables and it would be wonderful. The meal even makes lettuce taste fantastic. This was my first time trying this meal and I would highly recommend it.

I did online ordering and paid with cr crd. They don't say how long it will take, but it was ready within half hour when I went to pick it up--all bagged, the correct, tasty items, I gave my name , grabbed the bags and went home with it. Was glad I did because restaurant was very busy with most of all tables full.

Went to the restaurant and they said they never received the call for the order from beyond menu. I had to reorder at the restaurant and wait for them to make it. The food is always amazing there though, but this experience with beyond menu was bad.
