I was craving and expecting traditional NY style pizza and purposely sought out a place that advertised serving it. I was glad to see that I could order pizza by the slice there but the pizza is not like NY pizza at all. False advertisement.

over 2 hours to get food, it was delicious and cold. After reviewing the order I called to add 12pc chicken. I received a call back to ask how I was paying. chicken didn't make it on the first trip. Dropped it on my doorstep 2nd trip. Will buy again

First time ordering from here. The gluten free pizza was amazing, the regular one for my family was also amazing according to them. The crust, cheese, toppings, all high quality. Going to be our go-to from now on!

App is easy to use. The pizza was good but missing the extra ingredient I paid for. Second time Streets of New York did not get my order correct.

I didn't see options for the pizza size. It just showed the 10 inch size. I had to call them and see if they had a larger one.

I like the food and service; however every time I order, I always order a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza and end up with a full pepperoni. I always ask for marinara for the garlic bread and I never get it. This time I even asked for it where I put our gate code hoping it would get seen. It's not a huge deal, but it is somewhat disappointing. I like ordering online because it is simple, but doing so I am guaranteed my order will not come out right.

Food was very good as usual, however service was a -5 stars. Arrived to pick up order at the time I requested and was told food would be ready in 7 minutes. After 20 minutes I was told told by two employees 'almost ready. Then after 15 more minutes I was told order hadn't been started at all and I could have my money back or wait another 10 minutes. I waited, got my food and left with only an apology. I won't be back and I go there every Friday.
