Everything was good, but we didn’t get the chopsticks as requested and the plates were too thin , if you use these you should consider at leas 3 per person so we could stack them and won’t break :)

First time ordering here and was sadly disappointed. The General Tso's Chicken looked nothing like the picture and tasted nothing like General Tso's chicken I've tried before. I think the order got mixed up and maybe I received Orange chicken instead? The sauce and the mix for the pork dumplings was a bit bland and nothing special... Was really hoping to love this new neighborhood Chinese.

I know the bad weather/flooded streets wasn't the restaurant's fault. I just wish they'd told me that the food would arrive 30+ minutes late. Not sure if driver had too many deliveries. Unfortunately, the food was ice cold by the time it arrived.

My food came too late.!!! It said that the arrival time was 6.30pm (I ordered it at 5.40pm) and it arrived at 7.20pm. The worst part was that I called the restaurant at 6.35pm and they said it was on its way. They obviously lied to me! :(

The food is always delicious. The issue was that I didnt get what I ordered. I reached out to BeyondMenu and haven’t gotten a response. When I order and pay for SHRIMP, I expect to receive shrimp and not chicken.

The noodles were done to a crisp, the egg rolls were well fried, the beef was nice and tender, but the broccoli is soggy. Remind me to request no broccoli next time. No complaints on the rice. Delivery was fast and courteous. Suggestion: Cook the broccoli to order; don't leave cooked broccoli soaking all day with other veggies. It's not good. Thank you for your attention..

The delivery service is quite good. The main course had problems: pan fried noodles were greasy and broccoli was soggy. The grease used in frying s/b drained before serving. Broccoli s/b cooked fresh, not sit in a pan all day; it gets soggy. Please pay attention to these items. Egg rolls were nice and crispy.. Thank you.

The food I ordered was surprisingly much better than when I ate there in person. I don't know how this could be, but I will continue to order from East Coast, instead of that other place. Also, the prices are not necessarily higher than the other place, which I was afraid of. The service was really quick, as expected. You should give up any illusions that your food will be cooked to order, 'cause it's not. It's been sitting there simmering all day waiting for you to call. But if you're hungry, you'll be glad that's the case. Highly recommend you try the oeooer steak with the pork fried rice combination. You won't be sorry.
