They are Amazing, house fried rice is the best here. They always greet me so warmly, like old friends. Great food, great service, best around.

I generally don't like Chinese food, but this is a remarkable place! Fresh, authentic, and hot EVERY time! The staff is so pleasant, and when we're not taking out, it's a nice atmosphere for eating Chinese food. I love this place.

I love this place. I have eaten here many times and the food is always delicious. Reasonably priced too. There are a lot of Chinese food options in Portland, but imho this is the best for the price.

They messed up the order, forgot to give us general two chicken, and the chhowmein with veggies was crunchy and has no veggies.

Chinese Delicacy is, without question, the best Chinese food on the east side of Portland. If you haven't tried their potstickers you haven't lived.

The folks here are very friendly and get the food out quickly. I had my grandson in his carseat to carry, so the waitress offered to bring my order out to the car for me! I have never had anything at this restaurant that I didn't like. And that's sayin' somethin'!
