DO NOT ORDER AHEAD. I placed the order at 4:08pm to be delivered around 5pm. They showed up at my house at 4:30 and called me complaining I wasn't there. I told them I was 10 minutes out and had placed the order for 5pm (which my receipt shows) and they claimed I didn't. (I hate liars) They told me the driver would wait. I rushed home and no one was there. I waited another 30 minutes and still no one and I called the restaurant. They told me someone would be back eventually with my food. So my food has been riding around in a car for an hour and I still don't have it. I told them I believed the food wouldn't be good to eat after sitting out for so long, they told me it would be. I ate in the restaurant once and it was good, but after this experience, I am removing them from any potential takeout restaurants. Poor service, poor support.

Call the restaurant since delivery driver did not speak English when called me. Apparently food was given to someone else random in the building!took longer for them to resend our food was told we would get money back for inconvenience but never did!

The Godzilla maki the eel was too thick and chewy, Boston uncommon was ok, rose lady the filling inside didnt seem the same, rice was good and crab rangoons at well

Food was great as usual but the translation of what we fill out on line to include specific sauces etc are a coin flip when it comes to the delivery. We usual are missing one of our selected choices or we are missing the sauce that comes with the order. We specifically write in the order extra for an item we selected and either don’t get that sauce or the extra sauce we asked for. Food is great!!!

Food was absolutely perfect & delicious; we were in the mood for American Chinese and they do it well. Delivery very slow, so I'll pick up next time. Ordered at 7:15, est. delivery at 8:00, called at 8:20 and was told they'd send another driver out right away, she sounded panicked and confused. Driver arrived on my street at 8:45 - and he couldn't figure out which house, even though we were blinking the porch light. No less than three 3-point turns and 4 driveways later, he found us. Entertaining to watch, but I was starving! Food was hot, fresh, not greasy. Driver was friendly and apologetic.
