It appears that the online order system has fallen off somewhere. I ordered and arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes later. The server asked what I had ordered. She left and said she just got the order. Apparently, they aren't notified when an order arrives. It's not like they were very busy.
This is our New Years Eve tradition, and this is probably our ninth time ordering from Panda House. The food was not what I had come to expect from the past. The steak was sometimes spongy and sometimes tough. It did not feel or taste like the quality from in the past.
We might be looking for a new tradition.
