I love the food and have always had great service. On my previous visit, I had ordered combination chow mein but received something else that had noodles but wasn’t the chow mein.

Food was just not the same taste or quality as we've had before. I plan to ask if the cook was different or maybe something else since our last order 3 months ago.

The food was good like usual, but wait for my food was ridiculous. Ordered online and the estimated time to pick up was way off. Waited 25 extra minutes. Ugh!!

Tried and true, I love their chow mein combo. Everytime I request it MILD SPICY they do it just perfectly. The food is always promptly ready for pick up. I've been going to them for years and recommend!

City Chopsticks has great tasting food. They do a great job on Pork Mu Chu, Kungpao Chicken, Steamed White Rice are my favorites but the other dishes I tried are just as great. When we want Chinese food we head directly to City Chopstickes or we place an online order and we pick it up.

Everything was pretty good except the pot stickers. The pot sticker filling was really mushy, which was unappetizing. Unfortunately my husband judges all chinese restaurant by their pot stickers, so we probably won't order again. :-(

Constant quality and timely delivery. The only thing is there was NO option to TIP with Credit Card, only option was a % in Cash at delivery! not helpful.

It is so much better when you dine in. I ordered two lunch specials which in store you get with hot and sour soup and a spring roll. With 'take out' you don't get soup and instead of a spring roll you get a chicken wing. Way too much sauce made the chicken mushy in the case of the Orange Chicken, and overpowered the Spicy Basil Chicken. I won't order take-out again, but I will return for the dine in.
