My review is more based off the incredible customer service I received today from Japan Sushi House. I noticed the salmon sashimi I had ordered tasted off. After checking the receipt stapled to the delivery bag I saw it said I had ordered smoked salmon sashimi. Since I'm NOT a fan of smoked food I checked my online order and saw I had requested the correct item but that wasn't what I received. I had thrown it away and was considering it a loss, but decided to instead call the restaurant. As I was dialing their number from my office line, THEY were calling ME on my cell phone to apologize for the error I hadn't even informed them of yet and said they were sending a new order right out to me! I was blown away!
