While a great dinner at LSC is one of the best dinners you'll ever have, they tend to be erratic, and some meals are not up to par. This applies to delivery as well. On a Monday night, delivery took an hour-and-a-half, and some of the items suffered from it. The "crack chicken" (Three Chili Chicken) was soggy; the string beans with black beans were way overcooked, and the peapod leaves had lost any semblance of crisp-tender and had exuded a whole lot of their water. Clearly the time between wok and dinner plate was too long. This won't stop me from eating from LSC again, mind you, but perhaps delivery is not the way to go.
