Did not receive vegetable spring rolls, sauteed vegetables and only 2 fortune cookies were included. Steamed dumplings were doughy.

Order was quick and seamless. We know exactly what to get since we ordered a few times before. Very good quality food. Glad Lotus did away with the foam containers.

Food was flavorful and well prepared. We enjoyed almost everything. The exception was the "Grilled Baby Beef Ribs with Black Pepper"--the name is deceptive. We expected a dry dish, from the grill. Instead ,this is more like a stew, seasoned heavily with five spice and garlic. It was edible, but def not a winner. The szichuan beans were outstanding, while the noddles (beef lo mein) were just ok. Sesame chicken and roas port were very good too.

The rice and the veggie spring roll were good, the Szechuan beef unexpectedly had water chestnuts and red&green peppers in addition to the usual celery and carrots. The beef was irregular sizes and some of it was fatty/gristly. It was not very spicy.

Great experience. Food was ready at the exact time we asked for. And, the food was delicious. Some in our group are not experienced Chinese food eaters but liked it so much, we may have converted them. They definitely plan to try Lotus Garden again. As for us, this was just another great meal from this restaurant, the best of Northern Virginia.

Food is excellent and it is so easy to order using BeyondMenu. I was even able to order last night for pick up at 11:15 today. Soooo easy. Maybe you need an Easy Button!

Food was good but it shouldn’t take 10 mins to charge someone for their food when they placed an order online in advance and food is ready on the counter. Wait staff should be able to process checks if the primary person is held up with another customer.

Great flavor and perfect temperature! Mongolian Beef had too many onions compared to beef. Rice was not the best; bit watery. Sesame Chicken perfect and Spring Rolls were delicious!

The online menu worked out well and the order was promptl. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. I ordered shrimp with cashews. There was not that much shrimp or cashews. It was filled mostly with vegetables.

Food was ready when I went in for pickup, and everyone was curteous and helpful at pickup. My daughter left with a small handful of lime-apple checkout candies that she really likes, something they encouraged. Sitting down were an assortment of families and singles eating a huge variety of food, not all americanized (ours, unfortunately, was). Lovely place!

The food here is always awesome in our experience. This is our first time using beyond menu and we had no idea when our order would be ready. My husband had to wait an additional 20 minutes once he had arrived at the restaurant, so about 45 min in all.

Noodle soup is delicious although wish they included some vegetables like some Asian greens. I don't usually order roast pork at Chinese restaurants as they're usually dry. But this is the best roast pork I've had. The special garlic chicken and roast duck are very solid too.

The only reason we gave the food 4 stars is that the shrimp balls are one of our favorite dishes at Lotus Garden but they seem to have changed the recipe. They were excellent, we just had our mouths set for the old recipe!
