Tonight was an off night, no rice with the chicken Teriyaki and the chicken was over cooked. The side vegetable was smaller than normal. With that being said we ❤️ it, bad days happen to the best of us.

My food was fresh and cooked to perfection with lots of flavor. Tokyo has always been a favorite place to eat. I just wish they were available for delivery services like Door Dash

I had a special request with no mushrooms. She verified that information again when I went in to pick up my food and said "let me go check on it for you" then brought my food out. I left and found out there was mushrooms. I couldnt even go back.

What I normally ordered wasn’t on the online menu so I tried to specify what I wanted in the comments. I was charged 7.95 to add shrimp to my order instead of the $14.95 shrimp and scallops meal

The place was empty and their were only 2 Togo orders and it took just under 50min. Not a terribly big deal but I waited 20ish minutes there.

Food was wonderful as always. The Ginger dressing on the salad is out of this world! We enjoyed our grill hibachi lunch’s, tempura chicken, and sexy lady sushi roll. A+

I’m always happy with the food here. Recognizing we live in Ohio... the sushi and hibachi are excellent! And more importantly, consistent. Best sushi in town.

Per the usual, Tokyo was excellent. I've never had a bad order (take out/eat in) and they're always unfailingly polite and professional. One of my favorite restaurants and I wish I could go more often.

Teriyaki sauce wasn't as thick as it normally. Wasn't bad but it wasn't like it normally is. The sushi wasn't rolled that tight but was still really good.

My order was never sent to the restaurant. They even told me once I got there not to use this app to order my food anymore because it happens all the time. My food was delicious. The staff was perfect
