We ordered Boneless spare ribs, pork fried rice, steamed dumplings, FSU Jew steak, and general tso’s chicken. The fried rice and dumplings were excellent. The beef in the Gai Kew steak was cooked perfectly and the vegetables were cooked yet still had some crunch. I enjoyed all of that. I would not recommend getting a breaded chicken dish. We did a carry out order and it was ready in under 20 minutes and by the time we got back to the house, 9 minutes away and opened it up.... the breading was soggy. The breading also seemed a bit thick for my taste. I would opt for unbreaded dishes Unless you are eating it RIGHT THEN or get the sauce on the side to pour it on the breaded chicken when you get it home... maybe then it wouldn’t be so soggy.
