Delivery associates are always friendly and courteous. Food is excellent most of the time. The last two orders, the sweet and sour chicken has been over done making it difficult to chew.

We love lucky palace. Our meals are always hot, fast, and SO TASTY. My only complaint is how the egg rolls are presented in foil, which makes them mushy. Otherwise it’s always been phenomenal.

Need more information on the app about paying and a place to enter debit card number. Lemon chicken had a bunch of soggy lettuce with it. Lids were broken on several items.

After waiting over an hour and a half to get our $50 of food, the lid to my WonTon Soup busted in the bag, soaking/ruining everything, and didn’t get Crab Rangoon. Have yet to hear back from owner!
