On occasion I might have experiences where egg rolls are missing. I constantly put a note in the comments for each order for this to be double-checked each time. The majority of the time I receive the egg rolls. Today unfortunately was not one of those times. When I called China Hill to request a refund for the egg rolls I did not receive, the lady on the phone questioned me very aggressively and repetitively. This definitely annoyed me so I will admit I got short with her. I was clearly trying to let her know that I did check every nook and cranny of the bag and all of its contents. The egg rolls were not there. We could have moved forward from there, however she then made a comment suggesting that this was still my fault, refusing to even entertain the notion that they forgot the items. She accused me of dropping the egg rolls out of the bag. I did begin to shout somewhat at her after this comment was made. She then began to act surprised questioning why I was, and I quote "give her the fire" when all she was trying to do was supposedly help me. I don't much appreciate the fact that she continuously questioned me, however deferring the responsibility to me continuously by saying I dropped the egg rolls when the bag is tied each time I pick them up was beyond disappointing. I have been a customer of China Hills for over 10 years. I have never had such terrible service from them as I did today. She finally did end up refunding me for the egg rolls, but not before attempting to justify her comments and questions to me as they are quote "running a business and cannot give thins away for free".
