I ordered the pint of Kung Pao Chicken without celery, mushrooms or peapods. I only received carrots, onions & green peppers - no bamboo shoots or water chestnuts like I normally would. I'm a little disappointed. I also asked for Medium+ spicy and it was barely spicy at all. I'm a little disappointed in my dish tonight.

Received rice noodle with chicken, pork and shrimp. Should have turned off online ordering for such a busy day. Took over an hour. I ordered at 4:25 for a 5:00 pickup time and food wasn't ready until after 5:30, I waited at the restaurant for over a half an hour. Someone could have called.

Ordered, and received a confirmation email. Food was not ready when it was supposed to be. Establishment did not receive the order. Not sure where the glitch is (program or establishment) but this is the second time it has happened.

Love BeyondMenu easy to use, not sure if this new to Honk Kong Express I have always called in my orders, no longer. Ordered meals with easy success, including changes to meals and was ready when I got there. All meals were perfect!!

Normally we love Hong Kong Express, however this time even though the food was good the containers that our food was in were broken. The bottom of one container was so bad that all the gravy had leaked out in the bottom of the bag.

Food was good. However I expected my food ready when I order online and go pick up. My food was ordered 20 minutes before I arrived to pick up and I waited additional 8 minutes. That was disappointing.

Love Hong Kong Express! It is our favorite carry-out place hands down. Fast, affordable and delicious! and we just tried the sesame balls with red bean paste....YUM!!!
