Food and service were not as good as usual. Ordered just after they were open and had to wait a long time because they were making the rice which should have been ready at opening time. Also, spicy yellowtail toll tasted as if it had been sitting for a while and had tough "crunchy" bits inside. Generally very good but not this time.

Love their food! I wish the yum yum sauce wasn’t spicy however. Or at least had a non-spicy option. We always have Tony Ho’s sauce on the hand for this particular reason !

Delicious, well prepared and they followed the special instructions (how i asked the different orders to be packaged) really well. This was greatly appreciated since i was taking a meal to a friend in the hospital and needed the order split up.

I Love Kumo Sushi. My wife and I eat at Kumo 3 to 4 times a month and my job is down the street in Herndon. I get Black Pepper Tuna Rolls for a quick lunch and it never disappoints. The Best Sushi in the NOVA area.

Even though we ordered the unagi sushi (which should be 2 pieces on rice) we only received 1 unagi sashimi (which should be 3 pieces for sashimi) so that was disappointing, everything else was great

I was disappointed with this pick up meal because I love Kumo so much and spend a lot of business there. The salad tasted like it has been soaking in water over night and was mushy. With the dressing, it turned salad into soup and I had to throw most of it away. I had a special request for no cucumbers, and my rolls had cucumbers in both rolls which I had to pick out each one. Other than that, the food was ready on time which was a plus.
