2 hours delivery is unacceptable. The food is solid, and the delivery person was older, so I don’t blame him individually. Still, just do pickup or in-person orders only. 1.5mile delivery is not 2h

It took well over 2 hours to finally get our food. We order from this place regularly and I think we treat everyone extremely well. I am incredibly disappointed with the performance and then response of the restaurant after 3 calls to check order.

My food was never delivered. I picked it up 3 hours after I ordered. It still wasn’t completely ready when I got there. Then I got home to no rice in the bag. I hope the delivery fee is refunded.

the orders take to long to be delivered, if you call to the restaurant and place your order it will be faster, waiting for over an hour, my food going to be cold!!!

Soy sauce tasted off and the fried roll involved each individual sushi slice being fried which is not as good as frying the whole roll and then cutting it.

It took over an hour to deliver and we literally live 1 block away from the restaurant. The Papaya Salad was spicy, which we liked, but had too much fish sauce. The Panang Curry was good. The Drunken Noodles are usually good. But this time, the noodles were overcooked and there was very little chicken. It's supposed to be a spicy dish and it came with no heat at all.

This is my all-time favorite restaurant; they have the best fried rice and egg rolls that I have ever had. The food always looks and tastes amazing and the staff is always wonderful.
