order was complete and correct.
the delivery person left a great deal to be desired. he called to ask directions. this was clearly stated as being delivered to a hotel, so logic dictates that the guest probably would not know how to direct the driver. it turns out he had not consulted with a gps, which he powered up and used when I asked if he had one. the food was cold enough to be congealed a bit when it arrived over an hour after they opened (I ordered before their opening time of 5pm, so I don't count the time before 5pm at all). I think it would have been good if it had been fresh. I asked the driver if he'd be able to bring it to the room, and he assured my he would. upon arrival, the hotel did not allow it. one would hope that the delivery driver would know this, but it seems perhaps this driver is new? maybe? I don't know.
