We placed an order at 6:05 & received notification our food would be ready at 6:30. We paid and then waited for an hour. It is now 7:30 and our order just came out. No apology or explanation.

Ordered food for pick up. The lady at the counter would not even acknowledge customers and kept disappearing. Had me pay but then told me food wasn't ready. Waited an hour for food. Never again.

I seem to always get duck sauce when I ask for sweet and sour sauce (red sauce) and we did not get any hot mustard sauce with egg rolls. The Mongolian beef dish was 90% onions and the beef was hard to find because cut so small.

The flavor of their food is delicious! I ordered crab rangoons and beef pad thai. The rangoons are beautifully shaped and the pastry is thin and crispy! The pad thai is more flavorful than most places. My only complaint is that there was hardly any beef (seriously about 5 tiny tiny strips) or vegetables.
