We always have a good experience with Chen's Garden takeout. The beef with string beans was especially good tonight - very fresh green beans (I know they were because I watched the owner trimming more fresh beans when I picked up my order!) The beans were bright green and had a good "snap" to them - perfectly cooked. General Tso's was all white meat chicken - none of the "mystery meat" that you sometimes get at other places. And the owners are so nice!
