I’ve ordered from this place approximately 20 times (according to my emails) and overall their food is great, but this order was incorrect. Sesame chicken was actually orange chicken. We called to tell them and to let them know we’d like a replacement dish - not a refund - and they refused and made us bring the dish back to the restaurant to prove it was incorrect before correcting the order. Poor customer service in my opinion, especially considering the amount of business we’ve given them. If they don’t correct it, we’ll be happy to continue our business with Raku Izakaya in Fort Lee.
