New Hama Sushi

Delivery time was set for 12:30 p.m. We called the restaurant at 12:30 pm, 12:42 pm, and 12:53 pm. The driver only called at 12:56 pm and said they will be there in another 4-5 minutes but were still even later. The restaurant is only 11-13 minutes away from our office. This is unacceptable that not only was the food over 45 minutes late, but the restaurant did not bother to call the driver and kept reassuring us that the food was on the way. The food was lukewarm by the time it arrive to our office, but luckily still edible. We may give this place one chance to redeem themselves, but we will definitely not be using their unreliable delivery service.

Good sushi. Gluten free done well, but need to ask questions to find out what things are gluten free. Gluten free list would get 5 stars.

The food was excellent but I ordered a salmon roll and put in special directions that I wanted it to be a salmon avocado roll. I received a plain salmon roll - they did not check the special directions.
