Got to the restaurant and they said I never planned my order. Showed my confirmation email and they retook my order and took longer than they said. Order was missing food and tasted bland

The fried rice was not edible. It was very oily, gummy, and lacked flavor. When I picked up my order, the employee answered a cell phone in the middle of trying to pick up my order and began a conversation. That was very unprofessional.

I love the online ordering. I placed an order from work for 12pm pick up. Order was ready when I got there. No waiting. I was able to get food quickly and have plenty of time to drive back to work and eat. The food was great. I ordered the Manhattan Roll and Fried Rice. The to-go sushi portions are a bit smaller than what you get if you ate there, but I knew that already so that's why I also ordered the fried rice also. Over all great service and yummy food!
