I’ve been a happy customer for years. Always fresh, always good, always fast. Since they recently teamed up with beyond menu for free delivery I chose to order it through there tonight. But some of the items only list brown rice as an option and don’t say it’ll cost extra. Others give you both options (white or brown rice) and say that brown will be an extra charge. My email receipt and the beyond menu site show a total that was $4 less than what the delivery guy had on his receipt because I got the California roll combo and the spicy roll combo, both of which only had brown rice for me to choose from but no extra charges. If you’re going to add a delivery service to your restaurant, at least make sure the menu and ordering site is correct instead of showing up with a receipt for a different amount and expecting the customer to pay more!
