So frustrated with The Wok! We keep saying we’re not going back. The last 3 orders have been wrong/items left out. I’ve had to go back twice to get the missing items. Once, I had the completely wrong order. The customer who had mine waited at the store for me to return. We’ve never been offer d more that a, “Sorry!l I asked them to. I asked them to check my recent order. Employee discovered 2 items were left out. I felt comfortable leaving with my “complete” order this time only to get home and find out my husband’s soup was missing!! I called the store! Got the usual “sorry”, it I demanded some credit. Supposedly, my phone number has been notated. Also, food taste and quality is inconsistent although we always order the same items.
