I was so kind and this was honestly the worst service or treatment I have ever received. I am here 3 wks in the hospital with my daughter who is finally able to eat again and so I wanted to get her a treat. I ordered online, and then about 45 min later I went outside to wait 25 min for delivery. It never came. I had missed calls and called him back, he said he would be here in 15 after another delivery, he did not come because I didnt anwer his call(which I hadnt been informed to look out for) Meanwhile I called the restaurant to share concern kindly and was hung up on. I wnt out and waited again. When food arrived it smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke, not food. I asked if he had been smoking in the car with the food. He said yes, but its ok, its in bags. I said Im sorry but I cannot accept that food. He seemed verbally and visibly offended and put the bag back on the passenger side floor. I went back now 2 hours after ordering and called the restaurant. I was told again the manager was on a call and would call me back at the number on caller ID. No call. I tried calling again and was diverted to fax machine...I called from another phone, same answer, same no call and I call back to be diverted again. I called from a 3rd phone, now 3 hours after ordering. I shared my story with another employee from my heart and asked for the manager. I told him my story and said at this point Id like a refund and to be done with all this. He agreed kindly. He said he would be just a moment to see how the refund needed to be and instead of putting me on hold, diverted me to calling the delivery driver. I finished all this in tears. My daughter hungry and in tears. We were able to recover and find some simple foods for her to eat. This was all just so strange to me.
