Ginza in Bloomfield is absolutely our favorite restaurant. We’ve never been disappointed in the quality of meals or service that we’ve had here, and they never fail to exceed our expectations.

Sashimi was on point (clean, fresh and vibrant). Salad and dressing were delicious too. Ginza always has tremendous food.

Salmon and tuna rolls are now much smaller than they used to be. I have to get at least 2 orders to be satisfied.

Ginza ALWAYS has great food. The Spicy Tuna is the best. I wish the menu had told me the Hibachi Chicken came with Mushroom soup because I would have been able to order one less Miso soup then ($3, no big deal, but now I have leftovers). Also, you get a LOT of soup for your money because of the container size, which is awesome, but it is mostly broth and less tofu/seaweed. So I prefer the soup at the restaurant, but I can't really complain since I am getting more for the money.

The out of control roll is awesome. I placed my order online, arrived to pick it up, realized that I had forgotten my wallet at home, but they let me take the food home with me because I promised I would call when I got home and got my credit card. I'm not saying they'd do this with anyone, but since I come here often, maybe they recognized me. Saved me a 15 minute drive home and 15 minute drive back to the restaurant.
