normally order from fortune seafood frequently but having to spend 20 minutes on the phone so they can figure out they are at the wrong apartment is rough, if the building is D and the room is 15 and you are at a place that doesn't have 15 rooms you are probably at the wrong apartment complex, never has it been this hard to get stuff delivered. you order food out cause its convenient and fun, but this took all of that away.

It took over 30 minutes feom when i placed the order until i walked out the door with my food. The food honestly was ok. The fried rice wasnt full on fried rice. I called and she was nice but i honestly won't go back.

the young chow fried rice was supposed to have chinese sausage in it, there was not a single particle of chinese sausage in the dish... and it was almost $13 bucks and the portion was small. this was a takeout order, any decent chinese restaurant prepping an order of almond fried chicken always puts the sauce in a separate container. not this place. by the time you get home the chicken is a soggy mess. the crab rangoon was exactly the same as any other mass-produced and frozen crab rangoon. at least they didn't undercook or burn them, they were ok. this used to be my go-to place on kent east hill, and there was a lady there who would make me an order of sausage fried rice, even though it wasn't on the menu. it's totally different now and i don't plan on going back. really can't recommend this place.

Food was good. Tons of food for the price too. We always get 2-3 meals out of each dinner combo. Will definitely order again!

Food was excellent, was ready when we went for pick up. The Po Po Plater was a little disappointing as it say its for 2 but there was only 1 wonton, 1 shrimp, and 1 1 egg roll, it did have 2 each of the other items. I would have paid a little more to get 2 of everything. The Soup was great and the vegetable plate was good with lots of rice and vegetables and the rock cod. Ordering on line was easy but did not return an estimated ready time when selecting ASAP.

Very quick delivery. Will not order from them again. The wonton soup was disgusting. Instead of prawns and scallops, there were some unrecognizable fatty meat pieces. Chicken chow mein had no taste and was mostly spaghetti noodles. Disappointed

I pretty much always order from Fortune Seafood. Their Sesame Dinner Combo has so much food it's bursting from the box. Why 4 stars? The sweet and sour chicken that came with the dinner combo was dark in color. They tasted fine but the breading was almost black. It wasn't burnt. Maybe the breading just had a reaction with the oil or the frying oil was old. I'm still alive so I will order again!

It was very convenient being able to order. Delivery was free to my house. It was sufficiently warm at the door (~12 minutes from restaurant). The portions are quite generous. I have only tried them a few times so far. Some items are good (General Tso's Chicken, Large Prawns w/Honey Glazed Walnuts), others are so-so.

I loved using this service! Just a simple point and click and boom my order was placed. We lounged around the house and about 45 mins later our order arrived. We will definitely be using this service again. The food from Fortune Seafood in Kent was great. The portions were huge! I will be ordering from them again for sure.

The food was delicious, we tried the peking duck for the first time and it was really good with the sauce and buns. One of the best chow meins we have had in a long time. Plus it was fairly quick delivery! We will be ordering again!
