Red & Blue is the best asian restaurant in the capital state region for the money. The dishes and large, cheap, and very well seasoned! They do delivery, take out, and sitting in, the options are all on the table! - Pun intended :)

You never can be wrong with the house special hot chicken, as long as you stand the heat. The salt & pepper prawns dish is interesting, but the shell might be little tough to deal with. I think I prefer the salt & pepper squid more.

Red & Blue is the best authentic Chinese, Japanese, Hunanese, etc. food in the area. The sushi is awesome and all of the dishes are much higher quality than local Chinese delivery restaurants.

We had a complicated order for pickup. Everything was excellent, the order was exactly right and it was ready on time. Red & Blue is a gem - way better than the typical Chinese-American restaurant.

Delivery of food took much longer than expected. From order time to delivery it was an hour and 25 mn. Will order much earlier next time pick up instead.

Food is great however when I ordered I requested that they include mustard, got home and guess what...no mustard. I did however get to throw away almost a dozen packets of duck sauce. smh

I like the guys at Red and Blue so I am not going to give a bad review, but if you are reading this my Seafood Pineapple Fried Rice was missing the pineapple... also th 3 dollar extra charge for a side of fried rice with your dinner combo is a bit much, almost every other place gives fried rice in their combos.
