Sweet and Sour Dinner Came with no sweet an sour at all. The spicy yellow tail was substituted with a salmon roll.

East Moon is the best! We have tried Beyond Menu delivery only twice, the first time excellent, the second time it took over an hour for the order to arrive. Maybe a super busy night? We're still fans and will order again.

Food was good. The fried rice tasted good but didn’t really taste like fried rice. The food was lukewarm though wish it was hotter. The delivery guy was nice though.

Normally I love East Moon and delivery is great. But that wasn’t the case on 2/24/18. My order took 1 hr 10 min to get to me, which is well over the norm. That would’ve been okay if my food was still fresh! But it was not. Chicken tempura is one of my favorite meals and I was disappointed with soggy cold veggies. My wontons were cold and hard. And my crispy spring rolls were forgotten. This is not what I expect when spending $30 on a meal with a generous tip. When I called to let them know my spring rolls were forgotten, again (this happened the previous time I ordered too), I was told next time I would get 3 orders...30 mins later the delivery driver showed up with them, after we had eaten. Though I appreciate them trying to fix it, it’s a little too late when we were already done eating. East Moon has been my favorite place for 4 years!! But if this type of thing continues, I will have to find another fave place.

I love the manager. They forgot the crab Rangoon. They sent over the missing item times 2! That was so thoughtful and kind. This place really tries hard to take care of their customers. Ps they rarely forget an item.

The avocado cucumber roll needed more ginger - it only had about 4 pieces instead of 6, which is the number of pieces of sushi.

The sushi was great, as always! I have been unhappy with the fried rice the last several times that I have ordered it. It doesn't have any seasoning. I may not be ordering it any longer.

I love that they delivery sushi, but every single time, something is missing or something is just plain wrong. Sometimes I call, sometimes it's just not worth it. It is literally every single time. We used to order at least once a week, but now - only when we want sushi delivered. Their Chinese fare isn't great - fried stuff like sesame chicken and the like is usually over breaded and soggy; but most of the time the sushi is ok. There are better options for Chinese in Longmont. (Spicy House is one)

The food is awesome and I love the delivery of sushi to my door. The delivery time varies greatly between 20 min to 75 min. The food is worth it though.

I haven't eaten at East Moon for over a year so, I ordered dinner from East Moon because I was craving their Moon Harbor meal. Frankly, its inedible, over salted, no flavor other than salt. The sushi rolls were very good and I enjoyed the crab rangoons.

Everything we received was delicious, only problem was the free rolls were not included and we didn't realize it till we got home. Have not contacted the restaurant regarding this. Only list of items was for the sushi. So I do not know if they knew about those rolls or not.

Everything was good except they forgot the free appetizer as advertised. I didn't complain because it was free. But, it was supposed to be in the bag since they supplied all the sauce to go with the appetizer.

Completely forgot to bring our drink and had to send another driver out with it. The bag of food had something spill in it and arrived with everything, including the bag, covered in sticky sauce. It didn't make for a very enjoyable experience while eating the food. Packaging could have been a lot better. The only thing that saved them was that the food overall was very good.

I got an eel roll and they didn't give any eel sauce ( The other locations I've been to always do), they only have one set of utensils for two meals, and there was no sweet and sour sauce for the rangoons. It also took almost an hour.

Too many changes to the menu since I last ordered. 1. No rice with dinner 2. No "dipping sauce" with tempura. These all were included in the past. Guess I was a bit surprised getting my meals and no rice to go with them.

Food was good. I do not like that you cannot tip your credit card receipt when the food is delivered. Luckily I had cash that I was able to give. Now you have to put the tip amount on the website when ordering, I tip based on the service I receive so I do not like this limitation.

Very good overall. Great quality. Ice pack for freshness. Fairly prompt couteous delivery. However, main issue is the tempura fried california roll. I think was not fried enough, felt rushed. Not crunchy, kind of a bad batter taste.
