Guys, I've now used you several times and have had a generally favorable experience but for a couple of events when delivery was either non-existent or very slow. I scheduled the meal at 7:14 PM to be delivered ASAP. At about 8:35 PM I checked on the status of the delivery via my app and it showed the meal as having been delivered at 8:15 PM (maybe this was an estimate, but the app format implies delivered (this should be cleaned up). Out of concern from past experience that I would never see the food I called you at about 8:45 PM. I got a fellow who obviously was working from home (kids screaming in background, he had to ask for my order number twice). He said he would call the restaurant. He called me back within a few minutes telling me, not once but three times, that the delivery was "one minute away". Well, the food was delivered at 9:12 PM, a good bit more than "one minute away" from 8:47 PM. In fact, I was dialing your number when the doorbell rang. So, what's up with the delivery issues?
