Food was really good but ordering through this app was not. No updates provided. I had to call the restaurant twice to track my order, which was late by half an hour. Just dine in or pick up yourself.

Food was not seasoned. Everything was bland that should have had flavor. Even asked for extra sauce and pad Thai but was nothing but plain noodles. Do not recommend this place at all!

Delicious veggie option. They did not include the hot sauce I had requested. This is the 3rd time a special request has been missed by Happy House, but the food is great, so I will stick to the menu

Food is fantastic here every time. This latest visit though...we ordered for pickup, the website said 6:20, and food was actually ready at 6:55. That's a long time to unexpectedly wait after arriving at the store. I'd appreciate some more accuracy with the ordering estimates.

Never received food, charged anyway, it was delivered 30 minutes before requested. Said delivery was when they wanted it, not when I requested. Ordered more than 2 hours before needed.

the mean was adequate. the order before was vegetable lo mein and the noodles was very thin spaghetti and I threw it out. the other was vegetable egg foo young. It had too much btoccoli in it and did not taste good. I threw it out. the food has gotten worse in the last few months. My son who ordered from the restaurant said he had ordered the last time because the food was not good. Something has to be done or this restaurant will not be around, which is very sad. I live very close to it but I probably will not order from them again.

I only wish they had not given us utensils and sauce packets as we requested, my only complaint. I'm sure they are just so accustomed to throwing them in the bag that they just forgot; I know they are very busy.
