More like no delivery. Called the restaurant and apparently the manager delivers meals himself...kind of defeats the purpose of solving your delivery issue by calling the restaurant right? If the guy who has passwords and access to the system is out dicking around doing something he should have had another employee do. I feel bad for the people that work for this irresponsible, negligent manager/owner. I wish I could rat the food, but apparently this restaurant isn't entirely concerned whether their customers receive the items they paid for or not. Now I've got to wait several days for my $50 refund to go through and since the manager seems so incompetent, I highly doubt anything else will be done to keep my business. Jokes on you though, I have 30 physician residents waiting for me to text them whether they should add this restaurant to the delivery rotation...unfortunately I will be telling everyone in my hospital that this is an unreliable, unprofessional establishment. The employees that answered the phone and tried to resolve the issue were polite and courteous though, if only the owner had not been wasting time instead of delegating.
