It was very yummy, tho one of my item was in a white sauce when we asked for brown but that was okaii we just added some soy it was sorta similar.

Overall I would say Buffet Star is a good place. I really liked the Vegtable Lo Mein, I can't comment on the tofu because I personally didn't eat it. As far as service goes though, I wasn't happy because after eating a dumpling I realized the worker at Buffet Star had put in pork dumplings instead of vegtable dumplings like I wanted.

the food was ready and very delicious. My only complaint was that I had to wait while my credit card # was manually entered (I had provided it in advance when ordering), and was held up for a bit. Otherwise, it was great.
