I have always liked this place until recently, it has went down hill. They refuse to replace meals when the customer is unhappy, very poor customer service. I will never order from them again.

I ordered my meal spicy. It was anything but spicy. There was no duck sauce, and even though I requested utensils and napkins, none were included.

Exactly what we expected. Great service and very good food. The veg fried rice could have benefitted from more vegetables (seemed like it only had snow peas and scallions) but all the flavors were there.
