Mom loved the garlic shrimp with veggies especially the snow peas. Chicken wasn't spicy but still good. I added sriracha sauce to get the spice level I wanted. Hot and sour soup tasty. I have ordered from them several times and will do again.

I ordered 2 orders of Chinese pancakes. I got 1 order of Chinese pancakes and 1 order of crab Rangoon. I don’t eat crab so it went in the trash. It took over 1 hour for my food to come so it was cold.

The chicken dish was bland with very little flavor and very few pieces of chicken. It was mostly carrots, watercress, and bamboo shoots. I would not order it again or recommend it. If I ever order from Golden Empress again, I wouldn't order it. The appetizers were good.

I've been enjoying the vegetarian food at Golden Empress Garden since the early 1990's and have never had a problem. I've had food delivered for the last 8 years since I moved to S. Philly and again no problems. Keep going!

Great restaurant! Always love golden empress. Food always is delicious. I'm an idiot too and once gave them my old address and they were so nice about it! Will never do that again, because they are the best and I felt awful.

Have had food from this location before. They don't disappoint. They offer vegetarian selections so we appreciate that. The order arrived exactly on time and it was hot. One of the entree's was not that great but ala it was satisfying.
