Pros: food was delicious. Cons: Driver left food at front door without ringing the bell. The food sat out for a Half and hour. Between the delivery fee and tip, service is a bit ridiculous.

The food was all delicious and delivered while still hot, only giving 4 stars for a mix-up of 2 Egg Rolls where the ordered appetizers were actually 1 Egg Roll and 1 Egg Drop Soup, and the Crispy Wontons were not to my personal taste. The filling was minimal, and the twisty shape made chewing a chore. It was my first time trying this place, but the main lunch dishes were quite good, and I'll be ordering from them again.

I stopped at this restaurant on my way home and there food was amazing. Better than my local Chinese Spot. I travel to the next town over now to get my food.

Food taste has gone down hill, in past multiple orders. Broccoli w/ garlic sauce no flavor. Crab Rangoon blah. Very disappointed

I always enjoy the food at Hong Kong. I do, however, wish that the ordering company they use, (Beyond Menu), would work out some of the bugs they have going. In the notes section, it just copies previous orders, instead of the new notes you want to add. The restaurant is amazing. I think I'll just phone the order in from now on. I would never order from another Chinese food restaurant. Five stars for Hong Kong Kitchen.... Two stars for BeyondMenu.

We are new to the area and was told to try this place by a local. My kids love the young chow fried rice (called house special fried rice in queens). I think it could use more shrimp though. This is my third time ordering and have not been disappointed yet. Everything is good and delivery is fast.

I had the Wonton Egg drop soup. I haven't been back here for a while as I didn't like how they did their food but quality fell off at China Garden down the road so I came back. I'm glad I did. they stepped it up a bit. I hope they keep it up.

I gave all my credit card info and the guy shows up looking for cash. He called in the credit card speaking Chinese. I feel I've got to watch my bank account to make I don't get charged again. I have no idea what he was saying.

Kids loved the Lo Mein. Chicken Almond Ding was flavorless and hardly and chicken or almonds. Egg Rolls weren't crispy.

Best Chinese food I've found around here in a while! So many places don't taste like they cook it themselves or it tastes very artificial. This place tastes like a home cooked meal!
