I love this restaurant , there very delicious. However my last time ordering my order was in correct and every experience i have had with there delivery driver has been very rude.. DO NOT ASK ME FOR A TIP AND THEN STORM OFF AND GET MAD because I genuinely don't have extra cash.. if I give you a $1 tip be grateful for it.. already bad enough they charge a delivery free. Other then that there amazing ..

Very delicious food and prompt delivery, not much more one can ask for. The spring roll was not greasy at all, their Orange Chicken with the chunks of fresh oranges is great and the Chicken with Broccoli as well.

Lotus is a go-to place for me. Their food is always good, the order is always correct, they deliver quickly, and in the odd instance that they can't deliver right away they will tell you before you place your order so you have the option to go elsewhere. One of my favorite places.

The delivery man is rude. He demands a tip or becomes nasty if the tip is not "big enough". The tip is not mandatory and this man makes you feel terrible if you don't tip him enough. They charge a $2.00 delivery fee regardless of what you spend. That is part of his tip. The food is good and I've been a long time customer, but based on my last experience with the driver, I'm not sure we will order again.

I have done online ordering many times from Lotus. My order is always ready and accurate when I get there. They have some of the best Chinese take out and I love the brown rice option!
