Sa Cha beef was about 70% broccoli when the menu never even mentioned vegetables. Spice level was mild at best when I ordered medium. The shrimp toast was made with preserved shrimp.

Mongolian beef should be called Mongolian onion and scallion. Had to search to find any beef. Fried dumplings were steamed then barely touched a pan on one side. Very doughy

The egg roll was cold and the beef dish was mostly noodles , not enough beef . The crab Rangoon hardly had any filling.

Not sure what happened with this food order. The entrees and egg roll were fine but the hot and sour soup was red almost like blood or red food coloring had been poured in. We decided against eating it.
