I placed this order online, went to pick up. restaurant couldn't find the order. I waited over an hour before anyone told me the order was placed for 0 items. So no order happened. over an hour later I received an email that my order is ready. The broken order for 0 items. I dont know what happened here but I'm very put off by the entire experience.

in my humble opinion - Need a smaller portion for Boneless Spareribs that does not contain rice. Awesome flavor etc, just have no desire or see no reason for rice with boneless spareribs

Delivery was timely, and the food is fine. but FOR THE LOVE can you guys PLEASE READ THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS and let your driver know? I specifically asked that they not ring the doorbell and knock instead so my dog wouldn't go nuts and wake up my kid. If you're not going to read them why on earth would you have it as an option? Pad Thai is always good but the dumplings were 'meh'... I like the food, but would appreciate a well informed delivery driver.

There is no option for a side of sweet and sour on the menu. I normally ask for it in the notes and even pay extra for another sauce. I never get it though.

First time I've been to Win Wok & first time I've tried Mongolian Chicken,both were on par.(Mongolian chicken:Sauteed onions,peppers,shredded carrots,bamboo shoots&chicken with a savory,semi-sweet/spicy sauce)Fried rice was ok,egg roll was too small.
