Shining Rainbow

The best Asian option in the Capitol Region. Excellent service, incredible food.

Shining Rainbow is a gem. I have been to the restaurant three or four times, and would be there more often if I lived in Albany. Now, when I am driving through I try to stop to get takeout. Dining in is a pleasure and their lunch special is absolutely excellent. You can't go wrong here.

Not a meal I could eat all the time because the sauce is a very sweet glaze but on this day, it hit the spot.
