We have ordered from Wah Sun for many years and the food is consistently good. In particular they have excellent egg rolls, perhaps our favorite. Their pot stickers are very good as well, and my husband loves the chicken wing appetizer. It consists of about 9 'lollipop' wings with an excellent garlicky seasoning.
In my opinion, the appetizers are the best items on the menu. I do enjoy the Szechuan Chicken and also Kung Pao chicken. But over the years, the ingredients have changed to less expensive items. They still use great mushrooms, and the sauce on both dishes is really tasty. Their Moo Shu is good, the pancakes are thin and tender. Some of the more traditional Cantonese dishes are fine, but nothing special. For example chop suey is pretty much the same as any other restaurant that offers Chinese food. Overall, a reliable place to order.
Orders are prompt and food is always hot when it arrives.
