Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. Got an Order to go. Everything was there. Fried tofu had no sauce, just pain. Tempura veggies were so soggy and cold, we couldn’t eat them.

Items are ALWAYS incorrect. If I ask for 2 shrimp tempura I get JUST vegetable tempura OR one order of shrimp and vegetable tempura, but NEVER 2 shrimp tempura. The wontons were cold, there was almost no filling, they were burnt... it was awful

Second time order was wrong. Ordered 2 spring rolls that were not in our order. Charged 8.99 for shrimp fried rice and put only for pieces of shrimp in.

The only thing in our order that was right was the fried rice. No chow mein, no tepyanaki, wrong sushi roll. Paid $41 for the wrong good that was not good. I would appreciate management contacting me

We order 2 sushi and got 1 sushi and 1 very thick cut sashimi. The breaded chicken dishes were so hard we couldn't stab them with metal forks and the not breaded chicken was undercooked. At least the soups were good.
