I think you have changed some of your cooks. The spring rolls are different. Previous to yesterday, the ones I had had little pieces of slaw inside - the ones now are to long and big. Also, the ribs are not as good as they used to be. I also think you are using a different noodle for the lo mein. The previous one was better.

I placed my order a couple of minutes after they opened online around 11:08 am and teauested ASAP, i did not receive my food until after 12:20 pm. It has never taken me this long to receive my food from this restaurant and i have been ordering from them for at least 3 years. The egg roll was cold dry and had no flavor .The chicken and broc had very little sauce. The upside was the shrimp toast and boneless spare ribs. From now on i will either call them directly or just pick up my food myself.
